Refund and Returns Policy
Return/Refund Policy:
- Return period: 5 days from the delivery date for non-sale orders.
- Return will be processed in 7 – 10 Business days.
- Reimbursement: Only the product cost will be refunded, not the delivery charges.
- Refund method: Amount will be credited to the customer’s store wallet.
- Reporting issues: Contact us within 24 hours at puppyshamecbe@gmail.com for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
- Return limit: An order can be returned only one time.
RETURN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Return Period: Customers can return orders within 5 days from the delivery date (for non-sale orders).
- Condition of Product:Â Products must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Right to Refuse:Â Returns may be refused if products are believed to be used, washed, soiled, or damaged (unless damaged upon delivery).
- Pickup Arrangement:Â Upon confirmation, reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours of the request.
- Packaging:Â Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Delivery Partners: We use partners like ST,Professional, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC for delivery services.
- Sale Orders:Â For returns of sale orders, only the amount paid will be refunded, not the current product price.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the customer’s original source account
